What do I do if I forgot my username?

What do I do if I forgot my password?

I am not getting DestinyOne emails to my inbox. How can I fix that?

If you have registered for any courses through noncredit.temple.edu at any point in the past, you will already have an account. Do not create another account if you believe you already have one.

  1. Go to noncredit.temple.edu.

    -If you are an OLLI member, go to noncredit.temple.edu/olli

  2. Click the “Account” menu in the top right corner.

This button should appear on any page of the website in the top right.

     3. Click “Student Login” from the drop down menu.

 

  1. You will be taken to the login page.

5. Use the middle section to log in. It will look like this:

6. Type in your username.  Some older usernames may have TU_ at the beginning, which will need to be typed in.

Note: Usernames are case sensitive, meaning any letter that is supposed to be uppercase must be typed in uppercase or else the username will be incorrect.

For example, typing “tu_x0000” if your username is “TU_X0000” will result in an error.
