Semester courses include all courses taken in the past ten years that can be used to obtain either a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License or a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker License.

Note: If you are a licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Real Estate Broker in Pennsylvania, any broker or elective course successfully completed counts as all of your required continuing education hours for the license renewal period in which the course was taken, unless you are a newly licensed Real Estate Salesperson. For newly licensed Real Estate Salespersons, specific CE courses are required. Each New Jersey Continuing Education transcript includes details for one New Jersey approved Continuing Education course taken through the Real Estate Institute at Temple University. Unless otherwise specified, you will receive one transcript for each of the Continuing Education courses that you have taken that are applicable to the current renewal period. If you are requesting a transcript from a previous license renewal period, need additioanl copies of one or more transcripts, or if you would only like to receive a transcipt for a particular New Jersey approved CE course, please specify these details in your request.
