CDE1827 - Porcelain Veneer Restoration
Course Description
The porcelain veneer restoration can be a phenomenal patient service and practice builder for the dentist who knows how to do it. Unfortunately, most dentists have little training and experience learning when to use it and how to do it from dental school. This lecture will present evidence based information on preparation, insertion protocol, case selection and with actual clinical case studies.
Learner Outcomes
Upon course completion, the participant will:
· Describe evidence-based tooth preparation techniques for porcelain veneers, including rationale and clinical application.
· Explain proper insertion and cementation protocols for porcelain veneers, referencing specific product examples to support clinical decision-making.
· Evaluate clinical cases to determine appropriate indications and contraindications for porcelain veneer restorations based on patient needs, outcomes, and evidence-based criteria.
