Where can I find a catalog of courses?

To browse all of our current Non-Credit courses and certificate programs, go to https://noncredit.temple.edu/nce and search categories such as Professional Development, Virtual Learning and Test Prep.

How do I register for a Non-Credit course?

Visit Non-Credit and Continuing Education | Temple University. Either choose the course from the offerings or search for one. Once you are taken to the course page, find an available section that meets your needs, click "Add to Cart". Once you click that button you should see that the course has been added to your shopping cart and you can "Checkout" or "Keep Shopping". To register for a Non-Credit course, you will need to create an account. Once registration and payment are complete, you will receive a confirmation email of your receipt and course enrollment. If you DO NOT receive a confirmation email within 24 hours please reach out to ncce@temple.edu.

When is the deadline to register for a non-credit course?

We encourage students to register for non-credit courses at least one week prior to the starting date of the course. However, as long as a course is running, for most courses, students can register up until the day of the course, assuming space is available.

What is the difference between ed2go and UGotClass online courses?

Our office partners with 2 organizations to provide a wide variety of online courses in many subject areas. Both programs are self-paced (asynchronous) meaning there are no set meeting dates or times. Ed2go courses are typically 6 weeks in length, and UGotClass courses are four weeks.

  • UGotClass (LERN): LERN offers self-guided programs and courses. Students register and pay through ONCE for these online, self-paced courses. UGotClass FAQs
  • Ed2go (Cengage) offers Instructor-Moderated and Self-Guided programs for both fundamental and Career Training courses. Students can view all courses HERE to register and pay through the ed2go directly. ed2go FAQs
