This course is perfect for the person who wants to purchase a home or invest in real estate.  This course will offer a conceptual comprehension of the tools and techniques used in effective real estate sales, finding the right agent, and navigating purchase agreements and contracts.

We’ll dive into homeowner tools:
Budgeting and credit repair
Review sales’ agreements
Review home loans and insurance options
Learn about fixer uppers, HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac properties
How to safely search and buy property during Coronavirus pandemic

All strategic thinkers are welcomed to this course.  This weekly online course will be held in synchronous sessions for 1.5 hour.  Course grading will be based on class participation and engagement.

This certification is helpful for applicants applying for home financing, and you will be ahead of the game. The homebuyer’s education certificate will be issued by NID. NID Housing is a HUD approved national network of housing counselors and community development programs.
