Course Description

Known for its renowned faculty and teaching excellence, Temple Music Prep has been providing individual music lessons to students of all ages and abilities since 1968. One-on-one instruction with an experienced teacher is important at all stages of musical development. Registrations for new students are accepted at any time during the semester on a prorated basis.

Our premiere faculty offer lessons in both traditional and Suzuki methods. See a full listing and biographies for our faculty

All students are invited to perform in monthly student recital hour concerts and are eligible for rehearsal with the staff accompanist. The next recital hour concert will be November 18 at 2:40pm. Recitals are held at Temple University Center City and live streamed on YouTube (youtube.com/templemusicprep).

  3. The application is an information gathering tool which will allow us to make the best possible teacher recommendation for you. 

  4. Once your application is received we will be in touch to discuss recommended teacher and schedule.

Registration is complete when teacher, schedule and payment is finalized.
