Course Description

Learn to work with oil paint while exploring approaches used by old and modern masters. This class focuses on oil painting materials, techniques, and concepts used by master painters from different periods. Traditional and modern color mixing and application techniques will be discussed, and both limited and extended color pallets will be used. Working in a supportive environment with hands-on instruction, interpret a masterwork of your choosing!  Appropriate for all levels (previous drawing experience is recommended).
