    Creating Professional Spreadsheets - BASICS

PASCEP0003-023 | (5 Weeks) 

In this course students will receive a grounding in understanding the fundamental concepts of Microsoft Excel such as

learning the Excel Interactive Development Environment (IDE), cell formatting, entering formulas, using named ranges,

using functions, creating charts and print setup as they complete two spreadsheets: Payroll Foundations and Trade Discount.

Session 2

Creating Professional Spreadsheets - INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED

PASCEP0003-024 |  (5 Weeks) 

In this course, students will complete two spreadsheets: Amortization Schedule and Sales Analysis as they build on their Basic skill set

and learn to utilize complex Excel features such as nested formulas, relative and absolute reference, comments, import files, Pivot Tables, 

Macros and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).

Instructor: Maurice E. Kennedy, Jr. MOS has been developing software, teaching, and tutoring as a Senior Programmer Analyst for over 35 years. His extensive experience allows him to assist his students in maximizing their potential in working with MS Office tools and other applications, to be better prepared to compete for opportunities in the IT industry.
