Today’s workplace is more diverse and varied than ever before. One of the greatest challenges leaders face is that of leading a multi-generational workforce. Each generation has its own distinct perspective, behaviors and needs; its own preferred way of communicating and style of working. It can be a challenge to address the demands of such a diverse staff. What if some of your subordinates are older than you?
