Course Description

In a competitive real estate market, there are often multiple offers in on a property. This course will review how to educate clients and recognize compensating factors to help increase the strength of a buyer’s contract offer. A successful offer is based on much more than price. This course will walk through the agreement of sale and teach students actionable ways to make a buyer’s offer strong in a sellers’ market.
