Course Description

This energetic session serves as the antidote to “burn out” and is designed to rejuvenate professionals considering trading in their credentials for an airline ticket and butterfly net. A 2017 survey reports that 60% of US employees experience high levels of negative stress at least three work days a week.  How do we create departments that feed and energize us?  How can you reacquaint yourself with that young, enthusiastic, optimistic, and energetic professional you used to be? During this “Attitude Day Spa” you will learn the sources and impacts of the stress that diminishes your effectiveness. Most importantly, the training will provide you with multiple opportunities to practice skills to decompress, gain focus, increase joy, and find greater balance in your life.
