Dot Dip and Sip 

Bring out the artist in you while enjoying a method of relaxation and calming. Dot Art is an Aboriginal tribal artistic practice of applying small strokes or dots of color to a surface. Allow your creativity to emerge and enjoy the experience of connecting with you.  Bring your favorite nonalcoholic beverage to calm you from the inside out. 

Ulise Monroe is an artisan who uses multiple media for creating art memorabilia. She creates artistic pieces with Resin, fabric, paint, and various crafting media.   Her kinesthesic abilities includes several years of Dance at Freedom Theatre and Elyon Dance troupe.

Bring your anxiety, frustration, and stress to be placed on a canvas that reflects the creativity within you.  Dot Dip and Sip is an artistic way of practicing mental well being.  Students will learn the artistic techniques while discussing self awareness and the quest for mental clarity. If you like "Painting with a twist" you will appreciate the no stress zone of Dot, Dip and Sip your favorite tea, coffee or drink.

Supplies will be provided for the small project.  Participants may bring larger canvasses to develop a continuous project.
