INTRODUCTION OF BUDDHIST PSYCHOLOGY (PART 2)

This course introduces participants to a Buddhist view of individual psychology and how to be happy. It also teaches students about the importance of meditation in Buddhism and how to meditate. The course emphasizes cultural differences in Western and Buddhist psychology and the importance of “practice” in understanding the Buddhist path.
