Are you ready to learn the first dance of Hip Hop?
Suitable for all ability levels, Breakdancing is a physically demanding dance (with both standing and grounded movement) but can be adjusted for all capabilities. Be ready to sweat and feel the burn, similar to High Intensity Interval Training, but with the fun and creativity of Hip Hop. Participants will practice Toprock, Footwork, Powermoves and Freezes, while learning the rich cultural history of this often overlooked American dance form.
Please wear comfortable dance-suitable clothing and sneakers.
