Yoga Fundamentals and Gentle Embodiment Series

A beginner yoga series that progresses through basic asana (physical) poses, breathing exercises and meditation practices. Readings will be provided to support the students‘ learning alongside practice. Through this online course, students will be guided through online yoga videos lead by the instructor, have access to lectures about topics on yoga including chakras and Ayurveda, and engage in an online discussion forum with other students. This workshop is for beginners or those looking to deepen their knowledge of yoga through Hatha Yoga fundamentals.
