Course Description

Description: This interactive, one-day workshop will help participants make sense of the data they collect, conduct meaningful analysis of their data, and present data in impactful ways. As a result of this workshop, you will be able to:

· Establish and implement a people analytics strategy, leveraging big data and data analysis models

· Recognize the ethical dilemmas associated with people analytics and data collection

· Leverage Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to develop highly visual and impactful representations of your data

· Impact key business decisions and stakeholders using the data you have collected, analyzed, and visualized
