Course Description

An exceeding amount of research suggests that simply immersing oneself under tree canopies can lead to a reduction in symptoms related to stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as bring about physiological benefits such as lower blood pressure. This experience will guide participants through a series of invitations to enhance mind-body awareness and nature-connectedness.
