Course Description

This mindful nature walking experience guides individuals to practice walking similarly to a fox. This is an experience where individuals focus on stepping each foot with awareness of self, their environment, and their impact on the environment surrounding them. Participants are led through various mindfulness techniques to learn how to discreetly navigate through nature. This program can be guided in person on Temple Ambler’s campus. Mindfulness experiences can aid in decreasing stress levels, promoting positive emotions, and developing self-awareness.
