Course Description

Are you an undercover fiber artist?? Do you knit, crochet or sew for fun?? Would you like to hone your skills with an amazing community? Join Us at the Craft Bar.  There will be a knitting circle, sewing center, and crochet crew. Bring your tools of the trades, sewing machine, patterns, fabric, yarn, paper, etc. Crafting is Fun is a time to DE-STRESS and enjoy creating and learning. Whatever you want in order to de-stress and enjoy the creative time. Some materials will be provided. Use Creative Therapy to find your “Happy Place”.

Instructor: Jimella Monroe is a crochet artisan with more than 20 years ’ experience. She is a Certified Sewing Instructor for Burda Style, pattern makers.  As CEO/Chief Creative Designer for Jimise4U Ms. Monroe has developed a line of cultural sensitive crochet dolls, “Brown Girl Dolls” that are customized to resemble the recipient of this beautiful handcrafted gift.
