- Launch PowerPoint and create your first PowerPoint presentation
- Discover how to protect and save your slides.
- Set your document’s Properties and Attributes including Subject, Title, and Author

PowerPoint Document Creation
- Explore the different parts of the PowerPoint slide navigation
- Understand slides and templates, and their makeup
- Learn how to populate, format, and present slides
- Create multiple slides and templates
- Learn how to insert comments and professionally edit
Unit 3
Advanced Features and Functionality
- Create and manage slides
- Learn to organize slides into sections
- Create “live” connections between slides and Excel worksheets
- Create effective and informative slides with tables and charts
Unit 4
PowerPoint Management and Sharing
- Create meaningful file names and understand filing systems to manage PowerPoint documents
- Organize your documents on your hard drive and learn how to copy and move documents
- Manage track changes when co-authoring documents
- Printing and PDF file creation including print settings

Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy
A participant who withdraws from a non-credit course, in writing, up to one-week prior to the starting date of the course, will receive a refund, minus a $25 withdrawal fee; for all certificate programs the withdrawal fee is $50. For courses costing $75 or less, the withdrawal fee is $10 per course. No refunds will be given after that time. E-mail your withdrawal request to: ncce@temple.edu. Please note that if you do not officially withdrawal from a course and you do not attend the course, you are still responsible for payment. Temple University reserves the right to cancel a course for any reason. If the course is cancelled, you will be notified, and your entire tuition will be refunded.
