Course Description

This course is based on the book, “To Sell is Human”, written by Daniel Pink.  This course provides information on how to use modern non-sales selling skills to influence people and move others to action.  At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
• Define the ABCs of non-sales selling
• Identify ways by which you can attune yourself to others
• Analyze how to deal with rejection
• Demonstrate how to question for clarity
• List several ways to creatively pitch your ideas
• Develop a working knowledge of how improvisation can assist with non-sales selling
• Move others to action through service
