Course Description

This 30 hour course will serve as a follow up to Basic Appraisal Principles and reinforce its content through demonstrated valuation approaches, data collection and analysis, and cost estimations. Other practices that are essential to real estate appraisal that are covered in this course are direct and yield capitalization, reconciliation, and partial interests.
