The Coming 2026 Economic and Financial Crisis

This course examines the history and causes of our economic cycles of boom to bust, how government has responded to recessions and depressions, and the broad spectrum of systemic reforms advanced to tame these cycles, bring an end to poverty, and secure equality of opportunity in our society.

Instructor Bio:
Ed Dodson retired in 2005 after a career in banking and finance. He holds a BS degree from Shippensburg University and a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Temple University. From 1981 until 2013, he served on the faculty of the Henry George School of Social Science. He has served on the OLLI faculty since 2007.
