Course Description

The Grant Proposal Writing course is designed to help community-based nonprofit organizations plan, organize, write and submit applications for funding of their programs and services. Students will learn the components to a proposal to request funding for their organization from the right funding source that best matches their organization’s mission and public policy goals. This course is not suitable for students who are interested in securing resources for small businesses.

Instructor: Link Martin, MSW, is the senior advisor for Program Development in the Office of the Vice Provost for University College at Temple University. He was formerly the Director of Temple University’s Harrisburg Campus and an Assistant Dean in the School of Social Work.
