Course Description

This foundational course introduces the essential framework of payroll administration. Participants explore the purpose and structure of payroll systems, key terminology, employee classification rules, and the legal foundations that govern payroll operations. By the end of the course, learners understand how payroll fits into organizational accounting, compliance, and HR functions, preparing them for more advanced calculations and reporting.
