Strengths-based Leadership Certificate

🌟 Final Project & Presentation Workshop

Bring your leadership learning to life.

The Final Project Workshop is the capstone experience of the Strengths-based Leadership Certificate program. In this culminating session, participants put theory into practice—demonstrating how strengths-based leadership principles can create real, measurable impact in their own organizations.

After completing the five foundational workshops, leaders will design, implement, and present a 30-day workplace project that applies the skills, mindsets, and strategies developed throughout the series. This final step is your opportunity to showcase your growth as an empowering leader and your ability to inspire positive change through a strengths-based approach.

What to Expect

Over the course of this project, you will:

  1. Plan: Identify a meaningful leadership project within your agency that reflects strengths-based principles. Develop a clear, SMART goal and submit your project plan for review and approval by Temple University Harrisburg.

  2. Implement: Put your plan into action over 30 days—intentionally applying strengths-based leadership skills to guide your process, engage your team, and track progress.

  3. Reflect & Present: Share your experience in a 10-minute virtual presentation during the final workshop. You’ll highlight your project’s goals, implementation process, outcomes, and lessons learned—showcasing how strengths-based leadership can transform your workplace.
