Course Description

The course will assist with developing a strategic plan to bring your passions and the work you do and desire to do into existence. If you have begun to develop, the course will help with critical thinking and strategic management of self and resources to launch your purpose. Through examination of the emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills needed for success, participants will dive into the self-reflection of leadership and efficient following.

Instructor: Ulicia Lawrence-Oladeinde is the coordinator of the Temple University Lenfest Center for Community and Workforce Partnerships, New Choices program. She has almost forty years of experience teaching and coaching community members and organizations. As the former Director of PASCEP, Ms. Lawrence-Oladeinde fulfilled her passion to educate, inform and empower both individuals and organizations. She shared the richness that was imparted to her by many mentors. After retirement she serves on the citizens Planning Steering Group with the City of Philadelphia and sits on several nonprofit boards. She and her daughter own family businesses that serve others and highlights their gifts and talents.
