Course Description

In recent years, analytics and AI have revolutionized the healthcare industry, enabling data-driven decision-making, predictive analytics, and enhanced patient care. How can healthcare providers harness the power of these technologies to improve outcomes? What challenges arise when implementing AI solutions in clinical settings? In this half day workshop, we will examine how healthcare systems are leveraging applied analytics and AI to address real-world problems, such as optimizing treatment plans, predicting patient risks, and improving operational efficiency. We will also discuss the future of AI in healthcare and explore its potential to further disrupt traditional care models.

Facilitated by Professor Subodha Kumar, Paul R. Anderson Distinguished Chair Professor of Statistics, Operations, and Data Science and the Founding Director of the Center for Business Analytics and Disruptive Technologies at Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
