As dentists, we work so hard to gain the skill set and knowledge to provide our patients the best dentistry has to offer.  With so many different services to offer our patients, we have the ability to create smiles that are functional, comfortable, healthy and esthetic.   The challenge is how to do we get our patients to come from the mindset of "I am here just for a cleaning" to "I WANT to obtain the smile of my dreams!"  This presentation helps to simplify the process of presenting treatment options in a safe, comfortable and open environment.  When we ask the right questions and make the patient feel heard, understood and validated, the patient obtains a different experience in being more open minded in what is possible.  Tap into the emotional side of the brain and get our patients to go from feeling hesitant and uncertain to saying YES and excited about what is possible!
