Course Description

This course is designed for each participant to create a unique personal blueprint to enhance physical, mental, and spiritual health. You will uncover the complexities of why happiness, great health and wellness is so difficult to maintain. You will learn tips and strategies to break through all the complicated information about health and aging and design your very own unique and simple personal road map to make your health journey a pleasurable one.

Instructor: William Rice is the CEO of Billy Rice International, LLC. He is an author and speaker who currently conducts happiness, health and wellness seminars and workshops. He is a graduate of Howard University, School of Law; University of Delaware and William Penn Charter Private School. He worked as a chief legal compliance officer for 25 years. He went from being a burnout executive with chronic illnesses to a healed, thriving peaceful entrepreneur. He is passionate about helping others overcome weight issues, chronic diseases and stress so that they can reverse health challenges, live their bliss, and find their fountains of youth.
