You will uncover the complexities of why happiness, great health and wellness is so difficult to maintain. You will learn tips and strategies to break through all the complicated and intricated information about health and aging and design your very own unique and simple personal road map to make your happy and health journey a pleasurable lifestyle habit just like eating, walking and sleeping.

Instructor: William Rice is the CEO of Billy Rice International, LLC. He is an author and speaker who currently conducts happiness, health and wellness seminars and workshops. He is a graduate of Howard University, School of Law, University of Delaware and William Penn Charter Private School. He worked as a Chief Legal Compliance Officer for 25 years. He went from a burnout executive with chronic illnesses to a healed thriving peaceful entrepreneur, so he could help others go from overweight, chronic diseases and stressed out to reversing their health challenges, living their bliss, and finding their fountain of youth.
