Course Description

Join other students for a one-week immersion in college-level musical theater training. You will train with Temple University Theater faculty, guest professionals, and alumni in all three areas of musical theater (voice, acting, movement). Throughout the week, you will receive practical classes and advice in navigating the college audition process as well as the professional musical theater industry. A video audition is required for this program, and further details on how to submit your audition will be provided to you after you submit your application.

This course is available as a Summer Institute/Intensive during Session 1.

Students attending our Summer Institutes and Intensives program choose one class to attend for the two-week session. When applying, you will first be directed to the Summer Institutes and Intensives application. Students with approved applications will be invited to pay the 10% deposit. You will be invoiced for the remaining program fee.
