If you have violated your F-1 status and no longer hold valid F-1 status then you may need to file a reinstatement request. If you are not sure you need a reinstatement, please contact the ISSS office to speak to an ISSS advisor.

Please submit this application so that the ISSS office can review your reinstatement application documents, you will receive an e-mail from ISSS when the application is reviewed and you will be provided the next steps.
