ISSS Student - I-20 Application for students who are Conditionally Admitted

This application is for students who have been conditionally admitted to Temple University    

International Student and Scholar Services will issue you an I-20 or DS-2019 so you can obtain F-1 or J-1 status if you are admitted to Temple University and you provide sufficient financial documentation. If you are in the U.S. in F-1 or J-1 status, you should review information on how to complete a SEVIS transfer.
