What is justice? How can we keep each other safe? What does a culture of connectivity look like? In a time of polarization, restorative justice (RJ) supports us in building community and provides pathways for repairing harm - both individually and societally. RJ offers a bold vision for a transformed society, where building robust community shapes how we experience interconnectedness, repair harm, solve problems, and create conditions for collective thriving.

Program Description
CREATE's new microcredential program in restorative justice supports participants in developing essential knowledge of and skills in RJ. Join us to:
          - Develop a foundation in restorative justice’s history, philosophy and principles.
          - Practice transferrable facilitation skills for leading restorative circles and processes.
          - Learn about Philadelphia’s vibrant community of restorative practitioners and organizations, and consider how you can contribute to a citywide restorative
               movement.

Who is This For?
Everyone is welcome to this accessible program, though educators in PreK-12 and higher education settings and members of the North Philadelphia community will be prioritized for this pilot year’s enrollment. Throughout the program, participants will learn how to apply RJ skills to the classroom, school, and youth development spaces.
