ISSS Student - Academic Training Evaluation

Academic Training evaluations are a requirement of the U.S. Department of State. The supervisor completes and signs Part 1, reviews

the evaluation with the student, and the student fills out and signs Part 2. The evaluation must be completed and submitted to International Student Scholar Services.
one week prior to the end of the Academic Training OR, if applicable, included with the application to extend Academic Training.

No extensions of Academic training will be granted if the the evaluation is not submitted.
