His story received international attention from front page coverage in the Philadelphia Inquirer and Washington Post to stories in Britain, Germany, Japan and Saudi Arabia. Learn about Joe Ligon and the path to release from incarceration for thousands of other juvenile lifers. See how advocacy in action can change lives.
