The U.S. Constitution is an amazing product of the 18th Century Enlightenment. It created and sustained a liberal and democratic nation that has grown, prospered, and become a global superpower in the short span of 233 years. But it is a troubled nation today. What are the inherent issues within the Constitution? In its present form, can it continue to sustain the United States of America?
