Good to the Last Drop - Meg Hagele and the High Point Cafe

Coffee has come a long way since Maxwell House proclaimed their coffee to be "good to the last drop."  From a simple cup of coffee now we have espressos, lattes, macchiatos,frappes, cappuccinos, americanos and mochas. We can choose from light, medium, medium dark, and dark roasts. Do we use a  French Press, Percolator, Fat Bottom Filter, Cone Filter, Pour Over/Chemex or  Espresso Grind?  Meg will answer your questions and give us some tips and pointers. We will learn how  High Point Roasters work closely with their coffee importers to insure that all the coffees they purchase are not only of exceptional quality, but that the farmers and processors they buy from are treated ethically and paid Fair Trade or better wages, and why this is important.  Meg will also tell us about her 20 plus year journey in not only all things coffee, but also as a business woman and good neighbor.  Once you know Meg you will say, "Meg Hagele good to the last drop, and that's good too."
