Buddhist psychology offers an alternative way of viewing human behavior as compared with Western psychology. Focusing on experience in the here-andnow, Buddhist psychology examines how we come to behave in the ways that we do, and how we can find greater happiness as human beings. It is a point of view that is radically different to us in the West, and challenges us to rethink our understanding of emotions, thoughts and behavior.
