Course Description

It is often believed that beyond a solid technical knowledge of one’s job and a working understanding of what others do, there is little left to know to be an effective supervisor.  In this seminar, the truth will be revealed about the challenges and opportunities of being a supervisor as participants review the 10 Keys For Stepping Up To Supervision.   

You are not required to be in a supervisory role to participate in this program (unlike Supervisory Academy). We encourage all levels of employees currently supervising others or interested in someday holding a supervisory position to join us for this program!
