Join other music teachers in reviewing or extending skills development in use of the keyboard as a classroom tool. Advanced focus on chord progressions, sequences, modulations, harmonizations of small forms, transposition, extemporization, score reading.

Course Dates: June 28 - August 2, 2021
Online synchronous engagement 22.5 hours; asynchronous learning activities approx.13 hours
Synchronous Sessions: Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday  9:00am - 10:30am EDT June 29, 30,July 1; July 6, 7, 8; July 13, 14, 15; July 20, 21, 22; July 27, 28, 29 

Non-credit: Workshop $925 + $50 Registration Fee
Credit: Contact Assistant Dean David Brown for cost and registration: dpbrown@temple.edu. The workshop is available for 3 hours of Temple University Graduate Credit. MUED 5665 Advanced Keyboard Harmony.

Materials:  Working keyboard with 61 keys, touch sensitive, with damper pedal.  All other course materials provided through Canvas.
