ONCE1149 - Microsoft Excel: Manipulating ever-growing data
Course Description
We're always getting more data! So you need to know how to handle this ever-growing data and how to keep it manageable and easy to analyze. In this workshop, you'll start by learning how to prep large amounts of data for manipulation, before focusing on tools like advanced sorting and filtering, subtotals, and copying large amounts of filtered data.
Instructor biography
Hope Lindauer is President of Lindauer Learning Systems, a computer training, consulting and programming company established in 1992. She has twenty eight+ years in the computer training industry, holding various positions including instructor, project manager and education services manager prior to starting her own company. These varied positions have given her a complete grasp of the training industry from training and sales to cost management. In addition, she is an ICDL Proctor, ICDL Certified Instructor, Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW) and holds Comptia’s IT Project + Certification, along with various Microsoft Office Specialist certifications.
Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy
A participant who withdraws from a non-credit course, in writing, up to one-week prior to the starting date of the course, will receive a refund, minus a $25 withdrawal fee; for all certificate programs the withdrawal fee is $50. For courses costing $75 or less, the withdrawal fee is $10 per course. No refunds will be given after that time. E-mail your withdrawal request to: course.withdrawals@temple.edu. Please note that if you do not officially withdrawal from a course and you do not attend the course, you are still responsible for payment. Temple University reserves the right to cancel a course for any reason. If the course is cancelled, you will be notified and your entire tuition will be refunded.
