Course Description

Ethical dilemmas are more complicated than “do no harm,” and the best course of action is not always obvious. In this course, we will examine ethical decision-making models and apply them to real-world dilemmas in both clinical and advocacy settings. This workshop is intended for intermediate-level practitioners who work directly with clients or on their behalf.

Learner Outcomes

  • Develop a variety of options for resolving an ethical dilemma; and 
  • Use an ethical decision-making process to resolve a social work dilemma.
