Chef Steve Waxman invites you into his kitchen at Trax Restaurant to learn how to select and prepare seasonal, local ingredients for a delicious and memorable meal. Learn to cook with seasonal herbs, grill local vegetables and finish with pesto, chimmichurri and stone ground mustard sauce. As an added bonus, join Chef Waxman on Saturday morning, October 24th, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Ambler Farmers’ Market to actually pick the ingredients for the class!
