CPHSSWCE0407 - Keeping the Spark Alive: Motivation through Supervision
Course Description
Are you ready to go beyond the “praise sandwich” with your employees? In this course, you will identify your own leadership style and how this affects the ways you manage, coordinate, and supervise. We will use these styles to explore research explaining why some groups thrive while others falter, and what Google learned in their quest to build the perfect team. We will explore practical supervision matrices to support effective use of individual and group supervision/staff meetings, as well as techniques for generating buy-in and developing your team’s culture.
