This workshop explores practical tools and strategies that will enable participants to enhance their abilities to respond to and influence other people. Through hands-on demonstrations and activities, we will focus on what it means to communicate assertively, how to handle escalated conversations, and how to maintain resilience. We’ll also create personalized communication policies with specific action points that participants can implement in their day-to-day professional practice.
