Stories of struggle, loss, disappointment; changes in career, finances, health, aging parents, adult children, and so much more. You’re not alone - this happens to most of us. Midlife changes can be stressful, exhausting, and overwhelming . . . and a reboot can be just what you need to move forward again. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll take five concrete steps to more effectively manage the change that has shaken your world. Bio: Jan M. Zacharjasz, M.S., is a Certified Life Coach, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, and Retirement Lifestyle Consultant. She is the founder of Coaching for Resilience, specializing in life transitions of people in their 40’s to 60’s, helping them feel balanced, empowered, and equipped to make important decisions as they face changes and new roles. She is a director on the National Life Planning Network Board and membership chair of the Philadelphia chapter. Jan provides life coaching, energy leadership assessments, and workshops on resilience, positive energy, successful aging, and caregiving.
