Course Description

Estate planning is preparing for the transfer of a person’s wealth and assets. Assets, life insurance, pensions, real estate, cars, personal belongings, and debts are all part of one’s estate. Most people prepare estates in case of death. What happens if you have health issues that incapacitate you? How do you prepare to transfer power and authority? Estate planning helps you think through and prepare necessary paperwork.
