DO you have a assets and heirlooms that you want to leave to loved ones? Regardless of age, what happens to your life's assets in case of accidental death? 

When a person dies and leaves a will with assets in their name only, the will must go through a probate process. This process proves that the will is valid.

How do you start the process?, The Register of Wills can help you begin the probate process. If no executor, how do you become the administrator?   Who can be designated as the administrator?  Does it cost money to go through the probate process?

 

These questions and more will be answered in the Wills Clinic along with developing a “Simple Will”.
