Course Description

The goal of this workshop is to introduce participants to play therapy modalities, theories, issues and practical and creative strategies that can be applied to adult populations. As a result of attending the workshop, participants will be able to: Describe the benefits of addressing trauma and loss in veterans utilizing creative techniques. Demonstrate a basic knowledge of sand tray and the benefits to adults in their healing journey. Identify at least two ways the activities presented and practiced can be applied to the population served.
